During the past 40 years, Dennis has personally purchased and sold rental properties, single family homes, and apartment buildings, he has been evolved in more than 50 transactions. He has sold every home listed but 5 in the last 6 years and 3 of those were short sales. Most agents don’t sell 25 to 40% of the home they list. Agents need to do more than just put a sign in the front yard. He says, “I have been in the customer’s chair, and I know what it is like when the real estate agent doesn’t give the service needed or deserved.
