Mr. Brose is a real estate visionary who has an established career in land development, administering the forward planning, design, community and governmental relations, agency entitlements and construction permits for various development projects in California and overseas. Serving in senior management positions for local and international development companies Mr. Brose has overseen development site plans from one acre to thousands including planned unit developments, hillside residential, urban infill, commercial and industrial parks. Mr. Brose earned a master’s degree in landscape architecture with an emphasis in regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a registered landscape architect in the state of California.
